To ensure you get your holiday off to the best start we will show you to your pitch and ensure you get in position with minimal stress. If you need help when leaving, we will also be glad to assist you.
If you love enjoying the outdoors into the evening, we offer fire pit hire so that you can keep warm and toasty into the darkness under the stars. Fire pits cannot be prebooked but come and collect one from reception, where we also have plenty of logs for sale.
After a long days walk with your 4 legged friend feel free to use our dog washing facilities, with hot and cold water it's also great for washing muddy boots
Bikers, now you've experienced the challenging hills of the Yorkshire Dales you can clean your pride and joy ready for the next day's adventure!
Our onsite coffee shop serves fresh coffee and croissants. With a friendly smile, a hot coffee and delicious pastries what better way to start your day?
The village of Appletreewick is within a 20 minute peaceful riverside walk of the campsite. Here you will find our two local village pubs; The Craven Arms and the New Inn. They both have plenty of outdoor seating and serve a good range of traditional meals with local beers and fine wines.
We have a small shop onsite selling basic essentials, so no need to worry if you forget that one crucial item, just come and find us in reception, we have everything from tent pegs to spaghetti!
Do you have a minimum number of nights I have to stay for? Mid-summer weekends (from June to September) are a minimum 2 night stay. All bank holiday weekends are a minimum 3-night stay.
Do I need to have a motor mover installed to access the pitch? A motor mover is required for some of our pitches. During the online booking process you will see which pitches require a mover. If you are unsure, please call us on 01756720655 where we will be happy to help you.
What is the maximum size caravan or motorhome allowed on the site? Caravans and motorhomes up to 7.5 metres are allowed?
Can I dispose my foul water and grey water onsite? Yes, we have an Elson point to dispose your waste and a water hose to wash down your equipment. We have an eco-friendly sewage system and reed bed. To help protect this we insist on the use of formaldehyde free toilet chemicals, which are available to purchase from our onsite shop. If in doubt, please ask us at reception.
What are your arrival and departure times? Check in is from 1pm and check out is 12pm. Reception closes at 6pm each evening except Friday which is 9pm. If you cannot make this time, please let us know.
Can I arrive early or leave late? Unfortunately, this is not an option due to the single track entry/exit lane.
What is the electric hook up power supply? Maximum of 10 amp.
Do you allow dogs? We are proud to be a dog friendly caravan park and we welcome obedient dogs; they must be kept on a lead at all times and should never be left unattended. Please ensure you clean up immediately after your dog, bins are located around the site.
What are your noise regulations? We ask everyone on the site to be considerate to their neighbours at all times. Our quiet time is from 10:30pm to 7:00am. No vehicle movements are permitted during these times. Please note that this a family site, excessive noise will not be tolerated.
Do you offer seasonal pitches? Sorry we don't offer seasonal pitches.
How can I find the best route for towing my caravan to the campsite? Please see the map and directions on the contact us page. You can follow your sat nav for most of the route but when you get within 15 minutes of the site, we would recommend following our instructions for the easiest route to us.
Do you offer a gas bottle exchange? You can exchange your gas bottle at reception. We stock the most commons sizes.

Our camping pitches are suitable for tents, touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans and trailer tents. Commercial vans are not permitted on the site. If in any doubt, please give us a call.
